North American Rowing Association, LLC (NOARA) was founded in 2008 in an effort to provide the rowing and paddling communities with new services and products including administrative, management, and other support services for organizations. Insurance was the first product line introduced to club members in 2008. NOARA also continues to sponsor regattas and festivals throughout the U.S. NOARA promotes and supports all types of rowing and paddling in North America.
