Welcome to the North American Rowing Association. NOARA looks forward to serving the entire rowing community including all rowers from scullers to sweep, open water, recreational, whale boating and gigs. NOARA will provide services and tools to assist clubs in the administration of their rowing programs. NOARA will serve the rowing community in many different ways and we look forward to your comments and ideas to help us develop products and services that are meaningful to you and your sport.
