North American Rowing Association “NOARA” now in it's second year, is providing rowers and paddlers and their organizations with new services, products, regattas and festivals. Many of the services are designed to assist in the administration of clubs and organizations. NOARA’s mission is to promote, support and grow the sport of rowing at all levels -sweep, sculling, flat, open water racing and recreational rowing. We also serve the Dragon, Whale and Gig Boating communities.
